The Meating Room is a gourmet burger restaurant with multiple locations in Hertfordshire. After opening their second location in Berkhamsted, they wanted to maximise new customer acquisition and create a loyalty program to keep customers coming back.
Fat Sloth Digital created scroll-stopping, interactive ads that advertised an irresistible offer to encourage users to sign up for an exclusive loyalty program running via Facebook Messenger chatbot and email. The loalty program was then utilised for monthly remarketing campaigns via Messenger chatbot and email and redemption of offers was tracked via Messenger chatbot. Over the course of 1 year, we amassed over 3400 Messenger and email subscribers and acheived a return on ad spend of 24x.
